Where do we find love? Art, music, people and family. What about the love from a soul? How do we know what’s real? They say no one is perfect but what are we willing to deal with? How long does this journey last? Will you get to spend enough time? Or waste more by looking for something that’s not there. How will we ever know? Does it hit you like in the movies? Or does it grow on you with time, but wouldn’t that be with anyone? How will you know when you’re ready because you certainly don’t want to rush it? Does it have a color or look? Or only a feel? But how will you know if you no longer have feelings? Are you turning into something bitter with past pain and hurt? They say don’t dwell in the past but to learn from it. But how can we learn without reliving it and without making the same mistake twice? How will we know when this is exactly like the others before it is too late? How do we know that this is any different without any experience? Will they ever give a warning sign or is love just really trial and error…til forever?

It has been quite some time since the last time we spoke; with this in mind, a lot has transpired and it’s only right that I fill you in the best I can. There is no way I can describe to you in words the wide spectrum of emotions I have endured in the past 9 months so because of its correlation I will relate to that time as my pregnancy.
With less than 30 days until my graduation, I have decided to go above and beyond. By taking on new tasks and pushing myself to do more, I hope to learn more about myself, interest and abilities. A few days ago Beyonce tweeted for the first time and sent Twitter into a frenzy! She discussed her new site and Tumblr page, of course being the fanatic I am, I visited both sites and feel in love. Seeing the pictures made me realize there is so much to life that we encounter on a daily basis. Nature, friends and even foods are things we encounter and the memories we make with them should be cherished. . . no matter how small. Continue reading
I had the pleasure of attending Calvary church today with a friend and I really enjoyed myself. The pastor’s , Dr. Tim Lovett, message was called A Model of Discipleship and what he spoke about really struck a nerve. He mainly discussed Joseph, his family and his relationship with God. One thing he briefly spoke about was how people and the church have strayed away from discipleship. I agree.
